Xspology.com was founded in 2004 with the premise of helping financial advisor work smarter, not harder.  It’s a well known fact that you either work hard for your business or your business work hard for you.  It’s that simple. 

Xspology.com mission is to coach and assist financial advisors in implementing the critical strategies and processes required to work smarter and to have their business work harder.

Through much trial and error we have found the greatest way to ensure our advisor clients’ success is through weekly systematic coaching sessions.  We also realize attending and listening teleconferences, alone, doesn’t drive meaningful results.  That’s why each of our coaching programs consists of 3 additional, but vital elements: 

  1. Every week when the call is completed, within 7 or 10 working days, our clients will have access to a unabridged recording of the entire coaching session, so you’ll be able to listen again and again (the key to maximize impact), break the topics into critical action parts, share it with everybody on your team, and review it continually to get it all right.
  2. Executive Action Summary (E.A.S) will also be prepared, outlining the “HIGH IMPACT” points, the key action steps and application recommended on the call.  So there is no excuse on you or your team part for procrastinating, equivocating, contemplating, or ever being confused about what action to take and how best to take it!
  3. Each client is assigned an “accountability coach.”  The accountability coach job is to confer with the client once a month for the duration of the program to ensure that our:
    1. Clients are clear on what was covered on the call
    2. Clients have access to the “teleconference follow up” recording and have listened to it (carefully and completely) at least 2 more times.  Xspology.com insists on this so you get the full impact from the “fast-paced” dynamic of what goes on and transpires.
    3. Clients took the specific actions Xspology recommended on the coaching call that was clearly reiterated in the Executive Summary and Follow Up recording.
    4. Clients receive a great, measurable, “bottom-line” result every month.
    5. Clients questions are addressed.  But they are not consultants.  They’re accountability coaches.
